Community Unite Day

Comments from the Community

Congratulations on a wonderful day truly 'uniting' the community. It was great to see the work and thought that had been done to make this a special day. I was most impressed with the projects, the planning, and the planting. I am looking forward to revisiting the school to keep an eye on the 'tree' that Bruce (well mainly Bruce!) and I planted.

It was great to see the students working together in teams for the greater good of the community and the projects that were on display showed that they had put great thought and effort into the work.

The planting of the mound will provide the students with a lasting memory of the day and their own efforts - well done.

It was so great to see the students taking the ownership of such a big project. I particularly liked the way that I was interviewed and was so impressed at the children's ability to organise, report, interview and speak.

Well done West Eyreton, you are a credit to your school and your community.
